After extensive visits to areas of Latin America, Cantina Latina’s CEO & Co-Founder, Sameer Malhotra, was inspired by his transformative food experiences. Already brimming with experience in the Asian food category, with Cafe Spice, the idea that we could recreate variations of the palatable Latin meals that represent his widespread travels and love of culture, and translate them into sustainable ready made meals for consumers to savor, was imminent. Soon after collaborating with acclaimed chefs, as well as incorporating the teams vision, from their own immersions, to revitalize Latin recipes, Cantina Latina was born and is on a mission to serve up authentic flavors reminiscent of the traditional Latin heritage.
